This hall deals with first person shooters. Oddly enough those games with a high level of violence usually have the most advanced graphic engines.

When in the year of 1994 DOOM has been released its 3D technic was an absolute novelty to the world of computer games. Even persons who never played computer games before became filled with enthusiasm. Today this game is a legend.

In the following years more and more first person shooters were released. Some based on the DOOM engine while others had a completely new developed 3D engine like Duke Nukem 3D and Unreal.
